Spacious room, effective air conditioning, pool right outside our room and a communal kitchen. One of the pools was closed for maintenance but no maintenance was happening, and there were scavenging cats and dogs in the bins. The bed was like a plank of wood.

The room was big and spacious and there are pools right in front of the room. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the furniture looks old and the Wi‑Fi does not work well.

The spa’s location is perfect, and every staff member is friendly and cheerful; they let us in for a late check‑in without any delay, and everyone was gentle and kind. No complaints.

The room was spacious, but everything else was filthy—the pool was full of grime, it was far from everything, the staff didn’t speak English, and the photos were misleading. A disaster.
