Staff was not allowed me to extend my stay even 1 hour. There was no lift for aged people

It’s right by the beach, but there’s nothing else nearby. The location was a disappointment—I wanted Kovalam, but I was relieved to be able to change my plans.

The room was lovely and the staff were amazing; the place itself was gorgeous, with stunning views, great food, everything. I can’t wait to come back next year.

Very close to the beach, and the Beach View Balcony was a pleasant surprise. The stay was comfortable and very enjoyable. The hotel’s restaurant seemed snobbish and only happy to serve foreign tourists, with a very bad attitude overall.
