“It was great to be in Rome , but was terrible to sleep in this room”

I was disappointed by the shared bathroom that was outside the bedroom and not mentioned in the booking; when we arrived we asked the host to change rooms, but they only said we were using the toilet and then told us to leave the key on the door because another guest also used it. The air‑conditioner vent in the wall made it feel like I was sleeping outside, the noise was so bad that I had to buy earplugs, and the paper walls didn’t help. When the other guest used their bathroom the water splashed over my head, and the shower holder was missing so I had to hold it with one hand.

The location was close to the station, the bed in the kiwi room was a bit large at a plaza and a half, and there was only one big clean towel. The check‑in was handled by a man who wasn’t in the apartment but arrived in less than ten minutes. The internet reception was nil; I have Vodafone and TIM phones, neither worked in the room. The photos of the kiwi room were heavily edited, the reality is different. The price‑to‑stay ratio is good because Rome is expensive, but the neighborhood is actually pretty ugly.

“Una decepción”

La ubicación, y el colchon. La habitación en general, no tenia armario, el baño minúsculo, y la puerta no habia manera de moverla, la tapa del wc se movia, el desagüe tuvimos que quitar la tapa, para que tragase, no tenia cortinas opacas en la hab, por las mañana entraba toda la claridad, los servicios que indican, como el uso de la nevera, tbm.era compartida con las otras 3 hab, asi que no habia espacio para guardar nada. Una decepcion
