The décor is nice. My mother, who used a wheelchair, found that the app never mentioned that access to the reception is via stairs from the street. They have an electric ramp, but when we arrived at 1:30 am the reception staff didn’t know how to operate it, forcing my 87‑year‑old mother to descend the stairs with limited mobility. The next day the ramp worked for an afternoon exit (the staff that shift was very kind and attentive), but the morning after it was no longer functional.

The room is fantastic and very charming, full of character with small details that show how thoughtfully everything was curated; the staff are very friendly and the coffee is great!
