The spot is really good, right on the beach with easy access to the boardwalk and nearby spots, but the safe didn’t work.

I’ve stayed here over ten times and I’ll definitely return. The place is spot‑on with location, cleanliness, and the overall vibe. What really sets it apart are the people, especially the front‑desk crew—they’re friendly, professional, super helpful, and always go the extra mile to make your stay better. They make you feel welcomed and genuinely cared for. A few days ago, I had a problem with the ground‑floor restaurant, and it got escalated to the hotel. Gervacio at the front desk handled it exceptionally well—professional, attentive, and genuinely concerned about making sure I was taken care of. His response reminded me why I keep coming back. After more than ten stays, I can honestly say the people here are what make this hotel stand out. I highly recommend it and I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

It’s very central, steps from the sea, close to everything, but breakfast could have more variety. The lady who gave us the bracelet at the restaurant, I think she was the cashier, wasn’t friendly.
