“OVERALL EXPERIENCE IS NOT SATISFACTORY”
I’m sorry to give this negative review, but my stay at Ootty was truly disappointing. There’s no proper parking, no morning coffee or tea service (they could at least offer tea/coffee and sugar sachets), no food options on or near the property, and the alternative facility available is substandard. The rooms are too small, and the access road to the property is in terrible condition.
“Okay with a few improvements.”
The facilities were good, but there’s no lift, which is a drawback. It would help to have coffee sachets, a bedside mat, and room slippers included.
The room was roomy, but it was dirty and the bedsheets never got changed; I stayed for three days and never received any room service.
It was okay. The room was very small.
I didn't enjoy the experience at all.
