The hotel sits directly on the promenade in the middle of the spa centre; although the room faced the pedestrian zone, it was quiet from about 18 pm until around 10 am. During the day the pedestrian zone was busy with tourists and day‑trippers. I never had a room cleaning or bathroom cleaning during my 3‑day stay, and the overflowing trash bin was never emptied. The cleaning staff focused on the treatment rooms and rooms with a change of guests over the weekend.

The central location and decent breakfast were nice, and the place was clean. But there is no parking, the furniture looks like it belongs to the 1950s and needs a serious update, especially the elevator.

Nothing was good! The parking is a full 8 minutes by car—what a fake! The entrance could only be located after calling. The room was a 1951 standard. I was handed a note saying I could load and unload right outside the door, but the police slapped my car with a fine and an extra €45. Total disaster!

The food was great, but the dishes and cutlery were poorly arranged, with plates scattered everywhere—nothing was organized, so we were always searching for something.
