The staff were friendly, the hotel sits in a nice Gethsemni spot, a short walk from the Old City, and the pool area was relaxing; nothing else to note.

I landed in a charming, historic spot that’s super convenient. All the linens were nice, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were absolutely wonderful—Wil at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and the rest of the front desk team were kind to me. Housekeeping did a great job too, and Esther and Ana at breakfast were fun, played great music, and served a delicious breakfast every day. The staff were the best I’ve seen on all my recent travels, and I felt like I was coming home at the end of my days in Cartagena. I have no complaints.

The place sits in a great spot, the bedroom was fine, breakfast was really good, the pool was clean and lit up nicely, and everything was close by. Nothing to complain about.
