The hotel is very well positioned (very close to the city); the staff are very friendly and available (the manager is very attentive and efficient); the room was very clean and spacious, heating was perfect; nothing to complain about

Very close to town, we stayed two nights and they gave us new fresh towels and changed our rubbish which was nice. The walls seemed pretty sound proof. 1.The bathroom didn't have an extractor fan. 2. The curtains are black out which was good but one curtain was broken on one side so light would come in. 3. The shower could have been a bit cleaner and the plug definitely needed a clean out as it was a bit blocked. 4. The SPA was the main reason why we booked this motel and it was pretty average. 30 minutes just to fill it up and the jets were hitting on the back of your legs and nowhere else. When you have a spa you want the jets to hit your back and shoulders not the back of your legs. 5. The shampoo and conditioner is horrible so bring your own!
