The hotel was fully booked… there were still 20 people at the front desk with the same issue!!! We couldn't sleep there, had to go back to the airport and stay overnight.

We had booked and received a confirmation. When we arrived at the hotel there was a huge line, and when it was our turn the hotel was full.
