The hosts were friendly, the apartment was clean and tidy. We received free late‑night refreshments that we didn’t ask for. The concert went on until the early hours, and everything could be heard because our window was open.

When I was paying at check‑in, I asked if my wife could enter the room with our child, but they wouldn’t let her in until everything was settled. The two rooms we stayed in had dust and cigarette smells, dirty bathrooms, unclean toilets, and terrible Wi‑Fi. At night a drunken man barged into our bathroom and urinated on the floor; I had to call the front desk to have him removed. I won’t be returning and almost asked for a refund.

The staff were very friendly and the cleanliness was good, but the equipment is quite old and could use some refurbishment; the shower corner was broken and leaked when I showered 🙈😵💫.
