The location was quiet and safe, but the foam bed was uncomfortable, there was no sink for dishes, the tap was far away, and I wasn’t told they use underground water instead of municipal.

It offered good value, was quiet, and the wifi worked well, yet I felt a bit annoyed by the nitpicking, it was a little far from the CBD but the service made it worth it, and I was disappointed about the extra air‑con fee.

The spot was well‑located and the host was amazing, but you have to pay an extra R100 for air‑con, the bed was uncomfortable, there was no extra blanket on a cold rainy night, and the room smelled like a smoking zone and felt very stuffy.
