The free‑drink corner and the breakfast tables let you eat whenever you like, and the towel color‑coding was great. The front desk should push the service more, the Wi‑Fi is shaky, and there’s no explanation on how to set it up—having that info in the room would help. Color‑coded paper cups or toothbrushes would be nicer, and a clock in the indoor pool would be useful.

The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly, but the bathroom had a funky smell and having to hand back the key at the front desk every time we left was a bit awkward.
