Customer service was helpful and accommodating. The internet was not good.

We were in town for an event at T‑Mobile Arena, and the location was very convenient. The room was quite small and basically tired. There was no mini‑bar or refrigerator. I booked a couple of weeks in advance and the same room was available for 50 % less two days prior to arrival. Although the offer was on the site I booked on, they would not price‑match or rebook my reservation.

חדרים מרווחים, מיקום מצויין על הסטריפ. מלון ללא עישון. אנשי הצוות מאוד שירותיים וידידותיים. היו ימים שלא הספיקו להגיע לנקות את החדרים ורק החליפו מגבות

The rooms were large and roomy, with comfy beds and pillows, strong shower water pressure, a clean room, and two TVs; however, because the family stayed on different floors, we couldn't visit each other without meeting in the lobby or swapping spare keys.
