The environment was very good, and the location on Tamil Street offered a quiet escape from the surrounding noise; the welcome at the door, the front desk, and the restaurant staff were all excellent, and they registered their WeChat accounts, making it easy to contact them in advance. On my second stay, the hotel offered a free upgrade to a larger room, which I absolutely loved.

The staff, especially manager Mr Rabin, were always available and a perfect organizer.

The stay was very good; I had lived here before and it feels like home. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the rooms are nice and comfortable, and in my view it’s the best accommodation in Thamel. I will come back again.

The staff were super nice, friendly, and helpful, and the location works well if you want to stay in Thamel. I wish the hot water had been hotter, but otherwise it was decent for the price I paid.
