The location was good if you want to take the ferry, entry into the property was easy, the TV worked, and noise from outside and other rooms was not intrusive thanks to good soundproofing; the small bathroom looked okay, though we didn’t have time to use the shower. The beds were terribly soft, hurting my back and still sore three days later, and the front door poses a huge fire risk because it requires a key to exit—building code says this is illegal and it should have a thumb lock; this needs to be changed, so I do not recommend this location.
