The accommodation is well located for public transport, 50 m from the station. We were given the smallest room for two people, never the 18 m² described; the bed only had space against one wall, so we could enter from one side only; there was no space to store clothes properly, only a small hanger and no shelf. I complained about room 2 immediately upon arrival and was told there was no other room available. Three hours after arrival we received a WhatsApp from the hotel saying we were too loud, which was outrageous since we were not making noise; other guests were loud on speakers or talking loudly. I think the sound insulation is poor because the building is very old; asking us to be quiet right after arrival was unacceptable. We had neither TV on nor music playing, and normal conversation should be allowed in a hotel.

“Agradable y tránquilo”

The rental supplies were adequate, not pretentious and very practical; I would have liked a solid breakfast item to accompany coffee/tea. The organization seemed simple but correct. I was surprised to find pots in the room’s kit. A large balcony and good orientation provided excellent natural light. The room faced an inner courtyard, making it quiet and noise‑free. The TV worked well, but the common channels were not easily visible. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The only issue was that the building’s entrance could only be opened with an electronic key via the internet; I did not have direct internet access and had to use another phone, as the guest‑house network did not reach the door and could not be used. That felt incorrect. The new technology is good, but it should serve the guest, not the other way around. Otherwise everything was fine.

The housekeeping was spot‑clean and the room itself was spacious.
