“Hotel w lesie”

I was impressed by how tidy and lovely the room was. Even though the staff didn’t fully speak English, we managed to communicate and they were helpful. Breakfast tasted good, and we didn’t encounter any issues. The only downside was the rather poor Wi‑Fi.

We really liked it! The hotel is surrounded by greenery and nature, very quiet and fresh air. The staff are very polite and attentive. We especially want to thank a young employee named Rafig – very well‑mannered, capable and attentive to guests. His attitude towards us was especially pleasing. The restaurant also impressed us. The food was tasty, and the service very good and attentive.

The hotel sits inside a forest, near the highway and close to the town of Gusar, features a large courtyard with free parking and a stage, and plenty of benches for guests; the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we were assigned a room with a balcony in the new building with an elevator, equipped with modern lighting gadgets, a bathtub, and a “tropical” shower; within the first hour of arrival we received a complimentary large fruit platter, and the staff, especially Hatoon Khanym at reception, worked well and were friendly; everything was excellent.
