The management was good, the hosts were pleasant, everything needed for a relaxing stay was present, and it was clean and quiet. There was nothing to complain about.

There are no positives. The rooms were damp and smoky, looking like a dormitory; they take pre‑payment outside of Booking and never refund. I will contact Booking support.

The staff are rude, except for the guard, so I don’t recommend. At that price you’ll find mold, dirt, stink, and discourteous service in the room.

I decided to try booking because of the sea view, but I got a room overlooking the parking lot. It was on the first floor, full‑height windows, so I had to keep the curtains pulled during my stay because people were walking to the beach and guests were arriving or leaving. There was no photo of the room in the booking carousel. The toilet was shared and on the floor above, which wasn’t mentioned in the room description. Overall the room is close to the shoreline, but it does not match the description and photos are missing.
