I was greeted with a tasty welcome drink and a dog‑washing station by the door, and the location on the main street was convenient; the spa area was well equipped and the in‑house massage and staff were truly top. The parking garage was a bit winding, and the balcony doors could be opened so wide that staff could stroll onto the balcony unannounced.

The food was extremely tasty, the staff were very friendly, especially Zinedane who was very accommodating and easy to joke with; the cinnamon was great. Everything was perfect, nothing to criticize.

The reception was friendly and included a free drink, the room was spacious, the wellness area was excellent, and the dinner was good. The underground parking was a little tight.
