The pools are clean and the river is very pleasant—overall a quiet, peaceful spot with a water fountain available and very helpful staff. However, the accommodation was disappointing: many old items like the sandwich maker, a broken bathroom trash can, and some pillows that were barely usable; the bathroom lacked a rug, there was only one outlet in the kitchen, the headboard brackets were loose and couldn’t hold anything, the bathroom door was patched with electrical tape, and the window glass was very dirty. It was very basic with no décor. I liked the location and the nice view, but it felt lacking in coziness—no nice tablecloth or floral arrangements to make it inviting. I’d like to return to the resort, but I wouldn’t stay in this apartment.

The room is very comfortable, with TV and AC working perfectly; the only downside is the lack of a stove. The facility doesn’t allow you to bring a bag or cooler down, even if you’re only carrying cans or plastic containers. On the bright side, you can go down to buy ice and grab a small cup. The ice costs 12,00 and is tiny, not very useful.
