“Passabile per il costo, ma poco funzionale”
The spot was good and the self‑check‑in worked fine, and the room itself was clean inside. But the room was cramped, with no airflow and not even enough room to open a suitcase. The balcony was dirty, the railing was rusted everywhere, and there were cigarette crumbs on the floor.
The setup was simple and welcoming, and the location was great. The lady was thoughtful and friendly, and the room was suitable for a short stay.

There was no air conditioning in the room, the toilet was lacking a bidet, the sink was stuck to the wall like a miracle, and the tap above it spun on its own. The room had a mini‑TV, a fridge that was empty with no water bottle even for a fee.
The place was nice. It was clean and I’d recommend it. The only downside was that there was no kettle, so my friend had to bring his own tea; because the hot water couldn’t be heated, he couldn’t drink his morning tea.
Nice views of the sea, great neighbourhood… a stone’s throw from the local beach. The host was perfect, always ready to be contacted.
