I've stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years, even during the construction phase, but my latest experience was a complete disaster. The room was plagued by issues - the cooktop and fridge didn't work, the WiFi was virtually unusable, and there were ants crawling around. To make matters worse, the night manager was completely unprofessional and aggressive, even charging me for a towel that needed a wash.

The hotel's breakfast spread was a highlight of my stay - the variety of options and quality of food were spot on. However, what really made my experience stand out was the staff. They were super friendly and went out of their way to help with any queries or requests I had. It's a shame that the hotel's location wasn't as convenient as I'd hoped, but the staff's warmth and helpfulness made up for it.

The only problem with our stay was that the card machines weren't working, so we had to pay cash instead. Otherwise, everything was fine.

This place really hit the spot. The room was spotless, and I mean spotless - not a single speck of dust anywhere. Plus, there were loads of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, so I never had to go far for a bite to eat or a morning coffee. Overall, it was a great little find.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Q7, but the staff's attitude was a letdown. They seemed uninterested in helping us.
