“Espaço externo em meio a cidade.”

The space was large, beautiful, and tree‑shaded, both inside and out; the attendant was a great person, friendly and understanding. However, the room was uncomfortable: the bed was terrible, the mini‑fridge didn’t cool, the room wasn’t clean, there were hairs on the bed and the mattress was too soft, the curtains didn’t block light, and breakfast was only average.

“O booking e o hotel ACA cobraram minha diária em duplicidade no cartão de crédito.”

Booking and the hotel ACA charged my daily rate twice on my credit card; I sent many emails to Booking requesting a statement showing the duplicate charge, but they didn’t remove it. I didn’t like anything; the duplicate charge on my card was never resolved.

The location was fine. They had no ice, the bathrooms and rooms looked like the 1980s, were very small, the breakfast was mediocre, and they had the quirky innovation of microwaved scrambled eggs!
