This is a house over a hundred years old, refurbished with tasteful details. It sits in Monserrat, just a few blocks from the 9 de Julio, a quiet and safe area. Inside, there are two courtyards and a shared kitchen with tables for meals or delivery food. Yann, the owner, is a charming guy who takes care of every guest need. Cleanliness and peace are guaranteed for a Buenos Aires visit.
