The staff’s service was exceptionally kind, and we especially liked the kayaking activity. The boat needs more maintenance, the rooms are not in good condition, and they’re much smaller than they appear in the photos.

The ship is old but kept very clean and well maintained. Some sources list it as 5 stars, others 4; we think it’s more like 4 🙂 and that’s the limit. The bed was comfortable, the staff friendly. Food was served, drinks were extra paid. Free transfer from Hanoi – and that’s where the adventure begins because the bus looked like our 80s “cucumber” 😁 The transfer took about 3 h. Overall impressions are very positive. Only one downside: we asked for a wine with lunch, a bottle. The waiter opened a bottle for us, which was not surprising, then charged 1.5 million Vietnamese dong, claiming he opened the bottle for us! It felt like a kind of extortion, about 200 zł, since the wine wasn’t corked but just capped. It left a sour taste, especially since the wine was the quality of our Lidl’s Souvinion Blanc for a couple of bucks… Also, the bay was terribly polluted, full of trash, but that’s not part of the ship’s rating.

“Relajante !!!”

The cabin was just the right size for a good fit with the other passengers, and I met some extraordinary and cheerful people.

Everything. The cruise had few cabins. Everything was super well planned and informed. The excursions were very cool and the guides were very nice. I would definitely repeat it. Everything was fine.
