We found the place clean, modern, and quiet at night, with good air conditioning and comfortable beds. When we asked if a room with a second bed for two adults and two children was available, they said it wasn’t, but we later discovered that fold‑out beds were actually available. They could have told us about that and saved us a lot of hassle.

The property felt more like an old‑fashioned apartment than a hotel.

We were trapped in our room because the lock was broken and we couldn’t get out. We called the front desk three times and were laughed at each time; only on the last call did someone come through the window to replace the lock. The staff were disrespectful.

The staff were rude and the whole team felt evil.

The reception was awful and extremely rude, especially the girl named Janny. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay here. The phone was dead and there was no hot water in the shower at all.
