The hotel looks newly renovated from the outside and inside. Everything is clean, the staff are very friendly, though they don’t speak English well, even at the reception, but their effort and smiles make up for it. The location is good, a short walk from the sea, the town center, and everywhere else. Parking is on a private lot, one block from the hotel. Breakfast is average, nothing spectacular, just the same routine. The pool is nice and clean. The room is cleaned daily. Cesenatico is a lovely, classic Italian seaside town with promenades and a long clean beach that’s usually not crowded, which was fine for us. The sand is sandy but clean. At breakfast you have to ask the staff for certain items—why? I don’t want to ask about every croissant, ketchup, etc. The second issue is the room size; we were booked for four adults, but the space was only suitable for two. The room was really small, and I don’t understand why it’s listed for four adults. The air‑conditioning performance was also a problem; it couldn’t keep up with the small room, and it was hot inside, so we never turned it off. The bathroom was clean but looked like it was from the 1990s in both equipment and size.
