This place was spotless, I was really impressed with how clean everything was. No complaints at all, it was a great stay.

The breakfast buffet was really good, with fresh and tasty food. The hotel restaurant serves up delicious meals, although it's a bit pricey. There are plenty of other dining options nearby if you're looking for something different. On the downside, the staff don't speak much English and none at all in Russian, which made things a bit tricky.

We had a bit of a mixed experience here. The room we were initially given smelled loads like smoke, but the staff were really helpful and moved us to a new one which was okay. Luckily, our new room was clean and spacious, and the staff were great.

The room service was really clean and clear, which was great. However, our room had a strong cigarette smell and there was loads of noise from outside, which made it hard to relax.
