The building feels youthful, clean, and well organized. The staff are extremely kind and host different events every evening. The room was renovated except for the bathroom, which kept a vintage feel; the floating fixture broke on the first day but was fixed right away. It’s a great spot, just a few minutes’ walk from Piazza Serrano. The downside is that it’s an old building, so the windows are old and you can hear all the street traffic.

The environment is very pleasant and the location is close to many points of interest. Every staff member is very kind and genuinely cares about your well‑being. There are daily activities to meet new people, and I would recommend it without hesitation; I’ll definitely come back. The service from Cony, Paz, José, and everyone else was excellent. Nothing to complain about—this is one of the best stays I’ve had.
