The staff were helpful and very friendly, offering different breakfast options. I stayed for a concert and the hotel welcomed me and got into the vibe, even handing out freebies in the lobby. The staff couldn’t keep up with the breakfast demand; they tried their best but there were too many people swarming.

The lobby was spacious and had everything; we found it comfortable to cook. The pool and jacuzzi were a very nice addition to spend the days. The downside is that parking must be paid for every day, as in all of Los Angeles. In my opinion, if a guest stays five nights, the hotel should offer free parking as a minimum; the hotel has a huge parking area and there is no shortage of parking. It’s really disappointing.

It always feels like a mini vacation by the pool. The outdoor area wasn’t kept as clean as usual; the tables were always dirty.

The facilities were decent, though the coffee maker was broken. Cleanliness was good and the air conditioning kept the rooms cool and comfortable, and the beds were also cozy. Unfortunately, the coffee maker didn’t work and the toilet paper holder was broken.

The location is close to many food spots. The pool was overcrowded, with a full-on party and even diapers in the water, the jacuzzi was broken, and the pool itself was dirty, which left me very disappointed.
