The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, and all essential amenities—towels, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning—were provided. The location is great, just a 4‑minute walk to Chowpatty and about 7 minutes to the temple. For ₹900–₹1,300 per night, depending on the season, it’s reasonably priced and I’d definitely recommend it. The only drawback is that rooms don’t have individual geysers; hot water comes from a central system, so you might have to let it run for a while or fill and discard a couple of buckets before it warms up, and the water never gets particularly hot, though that’s only an issue in colder winter months.

The rooms are small for a family, just as shown online, and overall they’re not good.

There is no parking facility as promised, and there isn’t even a swimming pool, which was advertised at booking time.
