This spot was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind. The added bonus of free massages made the stay flawless.

The hotel was amazing, with staff who were very friendly and we truly enjoyed our time there. We could see the sea and watch the fireworks at night, and the room was spotless. The interior had a very Japanese feel. They were well organized and helped us with transportation, which was great. I recommend it. I wish the windows were soundproof, because my son couldn’t sleep when the fireworks started; the noise was extremely loud since the hotel is very near Kiss Bridge.

The hotel sits in a very convenient spot, central to most attractions, restaurants and the cable car. The staff were extremely attentive, especially the manageress Mi who treated us like family with care and warmth. Our room had a balcony, was spacious, and the bed was very comfortable, but it had a very strong unpleasant smell—uncertain whether it came from the toilet or the detergent used to clean the floors, as the scent was also present in the corridors. If not for that smell, the hotel would be 10/10 for service, location and the beautiful Japanese‑inspired décor throughout.
