The location is good, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the air‑conditioning works great. However, the comfort was lacking, the walls and doors didn’t feel completely clean, and there was a lot of noise at night.

The location was good, but the place is very old and tired.

The vibe and location were nice, but there was no walk‑in shower.

Staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to leave some large luggage whilst we explored the fort. Beautiful room overlooking the fort/water. Interesting art work. No kettle or coffee/tea making in the room. The curtain wasn’t fitted properly

The reception was excellent—everyone smiled and was available. The hotel sits in a historic neighborhood, the décor is amazing with hundreds of paintings, and the restaurant offers a very good menu. No complaints.
