“Disappointing Stay with a Great Beach”
The hotel's beach and pool area were absolute highlights, but unfortunately, the room was a letdown. It was tiny, and the beddings looked like they hadn't been washed in ages. The bathroom was small, and the staff didn't seem too bothered about helping us. To make matters worse, when we checked out, there was no one at the front desk, and we had to ask a construction worker where the staff were.

The food was decent and reasonably priced, and the shower and additional toilet outside were a nice touch. However, the room was infested with insects, and we had to kill two roaches. The resort also needs to do a better job of maintaining the shoreline, as there was a lot of trash everywhere.

The beach was clean and felt safe, but the rooms were old, small, and overpriced. They charged extra for everything, including an extra blanket, and didn't even have a coffee facility in the rooms. The swimming pool looked dirty, and requesting a lower ground room was a hassle, especially since they shouldn't have accepted our booking if it was fully booked.
