There was no breakfast. Arrived at 6 pm, the office door was locked. Finally saw a bell to ring. No handrail on the steps to the office. Could not find my reservation until I provided proof. When I reached my room I couldn’t open the door. I called the office from my phone, a clerk came and had to physically shove the door open. When I tried to shut it I had to push it hard with my shoulder.

Nothing. The shower had a hole in the floor next to the drain, the door got stuck on the carpet when trying to shut it, and the room was supposed to come with a microwave but had none, and the Wi‑Fi didn’t work properly.

The frontdesk woman was rude and kept saying the computer was down; I had paid two days in advance but she claimed my Mastercard was declined, so I handed her a different card and she assured me it was just for office and safety. The office staff were also rude, and overall it felt like a ripoff.
