“Necesita mantenimiento”

The living‑kitchen‑dining area and having a bathroom in every tiny room were the highlights, but the house and outdoor space really need upkeep. The cleaning was disappointing, with cobwebs everywhere and even a dead cockroach under a sofa, not to mention the lint. Some mattresses and pillows should be replaced.

We were a group of 10 and the house turned out simple, but spacious and comfortable, with 5 rooms and 4 bathrooms, although one had a too‑small shower that was hard to use. The heating worked great despite the cold outside. The house was very clean. It’s close to Arévalo and Madrigal de las Altas Torres (20 km), historic villages with significant heritage. They let us bring a dog. The price‑quality ratio is good, though a refresh and maintenance would help, for example some mattresses and pillows in a room are uncomfortable. Overall, it’s highly recommended.

The open‑plan living‑kitchen‑dining area and each room having its own bathroom were positives, and the hosts’ treatment was good. The downside was the livestock smell in the late afternoon and evening.

“Ideal para familias de 10-12 personas”

Bathrooms in every room and a shared dining‑living area were positives. The only drawback was the lack of wardrobes in the rooms, but I don’t mind that compared to the bathrooms.
