Close to where I was going, breakfast was okay, no issues, I like the breakfast in room at no extra charge. Noise coming from the room 18 from 6 am, please sort out whatever is bordering that. Please add microwaves in the premium rooms.

The hotel is easy to reach and the staff were very friendly.

I was really disappointed with my experience as the hotel claimed to have no rooms available, yet they still took my payment. When I requested a refund, all communication ceased. I feel like I've been a victim of theft and I'm determined to warn others not to book here. I've even instructed my employees worldwide to avoid using this hotel.

While I did enjoy the courtyard seating area and the breakfast was decent, my experience was somewhat spoiled by a few issues. The room wasn't ready when I arrived, and despite notifying reception, it still took an hour to get sorted. I was eventually moved to a different room, and I found dinner to be overpriced at R300 per person.

I appreciated the convenient breakfast option in the bedroom and the extra towels that were provided. However, the rooms didn't quite live up to the advertised standards, and the bathroom shower was a letdown.
