There were hairs in the shower when we arrived!!!

“Horrible never stay agian”

The price was good, but the ice machine was broken and the check‑in required a screen with a person on it instead of a live attendant.

The rooms were clean, the beds comfy, and the hotel sits in a nice area, but I’d have preferred speaking to a live person at check‑in instead of a virtual system, and there was no chair by my room—so I had to watch TV and eat while lying on the bed.

“It was a wonderful fabulous three days”

The hotel sits right in the middle of Santa Clara, giving easy access to many spots. However, I noticed a few guests wandering freely around the grounds, and one man was even trying to open windows, which made me feel the security was lacking.

“Wouldn’t come here again”

The bed was comfy and everything was nearby. The front desk staff were all on Zoom, so there was no real person to speak with, and the check‑in process took longer than expected. A neighbor next to us blasted music until 4 am and smoked right in front of our door; no one stopped him. Cameras were present, so hopefully someone was charged, but I barely slept that night.
