“No te quedes en este hotel. Es sucio e incómodo.”
The spot was great, quiet, and right next to a mall. The room was dirty, the bed was worn out and uncomfortable, the towels were old, and we had to buy soap and shampoo because none were provided. Something fell under the bed, and when we pulled it out we saw the cleaning crew never cleaned under the beds and there were ants. There was no TV in the room, the pool was dirty, and the owner apparently wants to sell the hotel, so they’re keeping it in a sorry state.
“No lo recomiendo”
I didn’t spend any money, maybe I misread the receipt. There was no air conditioning, we were older adults, and they gave us a room on the second floor with broken stairs and no proper access.
“Excelente ubicación”
I liked having to make our own breakfast; it was my first time and it worked out okay, and the bathroom was a highlight. The only downside was the bedding—those covers were dirty.
The receptionist’s attitude was really unpleasant.
“Excelente”
The staff were friendly and the pool was nice. Everything else was fine.
