The place’s location is PERFECT! As we drove in, the scenery blew us away, and stepping out of the car left us breathless. The sunrise from the patio surpassed every expectation. After disembarking from the plane, we finally felt we could breathe, and my whole body relaxed instantly.

The location was great, just a 2‑minute drive to Pienza and a 10‑15‑minute uphill walk; mornings on the private patio were excellent for breakfast with a great view over Tuscany, the AC worked well even during a record‑hot summer, our host Giosef was incredibly hospitable, and the dinner on the Terrace was a must‑try; I would recommend it and would come back if we ever visit the area.

Breakfast was not included in our stay. The View was breathtaking, with cypress, homesteads, fields and mountains out our back porch. There is an elevated terrace for relaxing and taking in the countryside

The stay was very enjoyable; the accommodation size was above standard, with a large living room and kitchenette, the option to use the terrace in front of the apartment or the roof terrace, two separate bedrooms each with a bathroom, and a washing machine; the place is very quiet with a view of the Tuscan landscape, a 10‑minute walk to the hilltop town of Pienza, and a strategic spot for walks through the Tuscan countryside; however, a poorly positioned heat pump opposite the window of one bedroom was inconvenient, and I would have preferred a view of the open countryside rather than the building and windows.
