I was really impressed with the hotel's location, as it's just a short walk from the Tollwood Winter Festival and surrounded by great restaurants and a small shopping center

The place is good but far from the station; breakfast is fine. The staff were rude and aggressive, the blanket was dirty, and when I asked for a change they said “why didn’t you ask from the start?” The cleaning was inconsistent, the bathroom was not clean, and it was far from the nearest metro and tram stops.
