“Too inflexible to be in business”
We were both seriously ill and called the owner to explain that arriving would be rude to other guests; we asked if we could reschedule for a later date when she was less busy. She refused and even added a cancellation fee, claiming she couldn’t offer a rain check. We felt she was inflexible, even suggested splitting the cost since we wouldn’t need cleaning or breakfast, but she wouldn’t budge. We decided to stay elsewhere to avoid exposing anyone to our cold. We’ll never return or recommend this place.
