The bed was comfortable, and the gentleman at reception was very attentive, even helping me get to the bus that was waiting for my next destination. The room was spacious enough to feel private even though it was a shared room.

“Unfortunately it is not a place I would recommend”

Even though I didn’t speak much English, it felt like the staff genuinely wanted my stay to be enjoyable, but they were delayed from the start. The traditional Vietnamese breakfast was superb, and they arranged a trip back to Hanoi Airport at a very reasonable price, which I appreciated. Since Grab didn’t service the area, the owner personally rode me on his bike for a night excursion cruise, which was also appreciated. The location was terrible, situated in one of those Disney‑like artificial complexes that look like mushrooms. It lacked the charm of a real Vietnamese experience; the streets were deserted and reminded me of sets from “The Walking Dead.” The beds were rock hard, even though they were clean and fairly new.

“Limpio, tranquilo y conveniente”

The beds are large and comfortable, with sockets and light. The Wi‑Fi works well enough to work on a laptop without issues. The rooms are huge and very comfortable, with keyed lockers, and one even has a balcony overlooking the street. On the lower floor there’s a mini‑bar where you can sit and hang out. You can walk to a nearby beach that’s very nice. I don’t particularly like the area, mainly because I didn’t have a motorcycle, so crossing the bridge and going to the other side of town was very difficult.

Everything is brand new and very clean. In terms of value for money, it’s a 12 out of 10. The beds aren’t comfortable but they’re adequate. The staff don’t speak English, but they’re very friendly.

Close to the center, reasonable price. No complaints.
