The rooms were very large with a beautiful sea view, there was a big safe parking area with a barrier, a nice pool, and it was right on the beach; the hotel is incredibly clean and well kept, and the food is also great, with nothing to complain about.

The hotel was excellent with beautiful, modern facilities, exceptionally clean rooms, very comfortable accommodation, and friendly, professional staff, and everything met or exceeded my expectations.

The balcony view of the sea was nice, but the reception staff were absolutely clueless—for example, they told us you could park your car for free at our parking lot, yet we arrived by taxi, and they didn’t know which taxi to park; you have to go through a closed gate (you either have to crawl or bend over, which can damage it, and it’s hard with luggage, or you have to move your luggage over a closed gate and then go around the wall to get your bags), it was a mess… The pool and beach were closed, and only the breakfast was decent, with one very professional waiter at breakfast who seemed to be the only 5‑star professional; overall I would not recommend.

The service quality was top‑class and the breakfast was excellent; we were delighted to find towels and a beach bag already in the room. However, we were disappointed to discover that some of the 5‑star amenities had been removed: we were told the pool was out of service because the hotel was preparing to close for the season, and the private beach had also been shut. Still, when we requested it, along with other guests, they provided us with beach chairs. A 5‑star hotel should maintain all services until the very last guest and the last day of the season. When a room is booked, it’s only fair that the guest gets everything paid for, regardless of a lower seasonal rate. Thank you and we hope you understand our point of view – wishing you success.
