The location was the only thing worth mentioning. The hotel was in bad condition, with stained walls and curtains, a cockroach appeared in the room, and we woke up itching all over the first night.

The location was fine, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The location was convenient, close to a mall for shopping and dining. The bellman was very attentive and helpful. The reception could be more polite and courteous, knowing what guests want and using proper hotel terminology. Housekeeping should check the room amenities and restock items instead of waiting for complaints.

The room was roomy and the spot was handy, just a 2‑minute walk to Berjaya Times Square and Lalaport Mall; we skipped breakfast and left feeling quite content. The downside was that housekeeping didn’t clean the room daily, so we had to remind them each time to tidy it properly.

The location was good, but the bathroom had a strong odor that didn’t go away even after we complained.
