The location, the size of the room, and the common area were great, but the bathroom flooded after every shower, and the free lunch was not actually available.

The location was fine, but everything else was terrible: the cleanliness was awful, and for three days and two nights we couldn't shower because there was no hot water. The staff showed complete indifference when we asked for help, and the building was dilapidated with peeling walls, mold, a persistent damp smell, cobwebs, and decaying windows. We felt completely mocked because at check‑in the staff already knew about the boiler issue (they had seen the boiler removed in the service room), yet they didn't tell us. I noticed at 23:00 after a long day that we couldn't shower. I immediately called the hotel and Booking, but they said the problem couldn't be fixed for another three days. I asked to be moved, but they said they had no options for us. Only the next day at 20:00, while I was on a boat for an excursion, they texted that they could transfer me to another property, but I had to return by 22:00. That was impossible given the situation, so we spent another night and day without washing. The biggest joke was how they apologized for the inconvenience: they gave us a voucher of about €10.00 to spend at their restaurant! Booking, despite my Genius 3 status, gave us no meaningful assistance to resolve the issue.

I was extremely satisfied with this booking. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, not only with the rental itself but also gladly recommended interesting places that matched our needs. The location deserves special mention, and the food was excellent! Highly recommend! I can't point out even a single flaw in this place :)
