We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Piumara Residence. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Sandali who is always helpful and attentive, ready to assist at any time. Our room was well‑appointed, clean, comfortable, and opened onto a private balcony with a great view of the city and part of the lake. Every morning we savored a generous breakfast. It’s a great asset for a relaxing vacation in Kandy.

Cheap hotel, there are much nicer options for the price, even with a swimming pool nearby! The breakfast is all cold except for the tea. The rooms are fine but everything feels bland and worn out. It’s missing the ❤️ 🍀

The building was solid, breakfast was lovely with a beautiful view, and the staff were extremely kind.
