Honestly, they treated me wonderfully; it was a beautiful stay for the third time, and I felt at home with the new staff and the management, especially Mr. Abu Hadhifa. Cleanliness was perfect, and the reception staff were very friendly. The location is great, close to services and the university.

The hotel is excellent under its new management; the room was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location is close to all services (Ruwad Mall and University Street). The stay was very good, the breakfast varied, and the rooms comfortable – I’ll return again.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with this hotel, which had a tiny room and a window that was covered, making it impossible to see outside. The elevator only started from the first floor, which was inconvenient. The overall experience was underwhelming, and I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location and excellent staff. The air conditioning in my room was quiet and efficient, and I appreciated the hotel's friendly and welcoming atmosphere. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited options at the breakfast buffet, and I think it would be better if they had a designated breakfast area in the restaurant rather than having to bring it to the room.

I was quite disappointed with the extremely cramped bathroom facilities during my stay. It was a major letdown, to be honest.
