JR’s station is directly connected and there are many nearby restaurants, which is convenient. The staff were also courteous and polite. I wish there had been a face towel available.

The place is in a great spot, quiet, convenient and spotless. The rooms, however, lacked hot water for tea or coffee, so I had to climb to the 4th floor and back to my room.

The location is superb, right in a lively, artsy area. Denny’s on the second floor plays Beethoven piano sonatas and offers a decent breakfast. The washer‑dryer instructions were a bit unclear, and using Suica was not straightforward.
